Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Craftveil, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Disclaimer

The materials on Craftveil are provided on an 'as is' basis. Craftveil makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Craftveil or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Craftveil, even if Craftveil or a Craftveil authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Craftveil could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Craftveil does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current.

Craftveil has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its internet application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.

Third-Party Services

The application uses Firebase services (including Firebase Analytics) provided by Google. By using Prompt Forge, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for these services. Data sent to Firebase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's policies.

Subscription Services

Craftveil offers both free and premium subscription services.

Free Tier

New User Bonus: For your first 48 hours, enjoy 10 prompt generations per day to explore all our AI platforms and features.

Standard Free Tier: After the initial 48-hour period, free users receive 2 prompt generations per 8-hour window (up to 6 generations per day).

Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the policies of your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Generally, subscriptions may be refunded within a short period after purchase if you contact the store support directly. We do not process refunds directly but will assist you in contacting the appropriate store support.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Modifications

Craftveil may revise these terms of service for its application at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
